This stuff is less sweet and chunkier and is my strong preference over sriracha but I know some people like some sweetness in their condiments

This is more commonly known as sambal and it is really good with lots of flavor. I actually hate most spicy sauces like sriracha but this one hits quite differently. It is very common in vietnamese and most asian restaurants, goes amazing on meats and noodles. Ive tried a few brands and they are all close enough i dont really have a preference.

Love cooking with this as it gives my ponzu and bahn mi sauces such great flavor and glow. Love finding i so much cheaper than at the grocery store!
