Fly More Combo is only $120 more, extra batteries are almost a must but this is a cheaper option for people who want to try them out. I just ordered the combo yesterday, I've flown the Mini 1 about 50 times and liked it so much I'm upgrading. This one is absolutely nice enough for a hobbiest.

I have this exact setup. It's a nice drone and pretty easy to fly for this noob. It does not have obstacle avoidance though. That's on the pro model. Highly recommend getting a carry case and at least 1 additional battery.

I'd definitely suggest getting the FlyMore combo as you'll want the extra batteries since almost everyone will want to fly their drone more than once before having to recharge.
