I got more info from Anker's website:
Total Output:
USB-C
5.0V⎓3.0A, 15.0W
9.0V⎓3.0A, 27.0W
15.0V⎓3.0A, 45.0W
20.0V⎓2.25A, 45.0W (45.0W Max)
PPS
5V-11V⎓5A (45W Max)
4.5V-21Vm⎓2.25A (45W Max)
5V-16V m⎓3A (45W Max)
Dimensions: 1.3 × 1.26 × 1.45 inches
Except for 12V PD (common, but not officially part of spec), this does pretty much anything a 45W charger can do. It can provide the voltages and currents to meet Samsung Super Fast Charging needs, but I don't know if Samsung does some proprietary communication to make that happen in its own chargers or if it's standard PD and PPS communication.

Anker doesn't like 12V for some reason. It's not a huge deal but might be annoying for travel if you like to use those USB C adapters for grooming appliances and toothbrushes, since some of those are 12V.
This charger has PPS and works for 25w PPS charging. For 45W SFC 2.0, it works for the S25U and newer devices. Earlier Samsung Ultra devices required 45W 5A PPS profiles + a cable with an e-marker. This won't work for that, you'd need the similar Ace 2 charger from Anker for that.
I have this, this version is the environmentally friendly branded model they used bio-plastic for. There's no difference other than that though.
