It looks like there is a mistake in the description and the details for the Archangel 5 are listed for the Shadow 5. This is what I am seeing:

Archangel 5 [skytechgaming.com]:
  • specs: (Ryzen 7 7700X, RTX 5070 (12GB), 16GB DDR5 5200, 1TB SSD)
  • price: $1354.99 (with 3 promo codes)
Shadow 5 [skytechgaming.com]:
  • specs: (Ryzen 7 7800X3D, RTX 5070 (12GB), 32GB DDR5 6000, 1TB SSD)
  • price: $1,839.99 (with 3 promo codes)

I don't see full specs on the motherboard. Does anyone see the number of nvme slots or sata ports in order to add hard drives?

That's strange, it's working now. I wonder if it was a temporary issue on the Skytech's site itself or my web browser? When I checked earlier all the links I followed went to the Archangel 5 build. Maybe I got confused as the only difference between the Shadow 5 and Archangel 5 models in the main post is the color of the case.

It's sadly a good price for 2026. Can't believe I was looking at 4TB Gen 5 SSDs and 4x32GB DDR5-5600 in 2025 and didn't buy... I'm staying with my 128 GB DDR4 and Gen 4 SSD until someone makes SK Hynix and the others pay for reporting 5x profits. What could be worse? Skynet becoming self aware?
At this point let it become self aware maybe then at least the prices on computer tech would go down.... Wink

Computer prices has become unreasonable in the past year. I will just hold onto my five year old desktop and wait until all of this price inflation is over (not sure when though).
Might be waiting awhile...just like the crypto mining boom that drove GPU prices up, the AI data center explosion has most chip companies sold out for like a decade. Low supply and high demand.

It is a good price considering this made up crisis which is really a mishandling of resources. Either way, it's good if you need it, otherwise wait for Prime Days in July.

Still holding onto it because it's running fine (with Windows 10). Big Grin Here's to hoping that it'll still work in the next 3-5 years when magically, the RAM and GPU prices will go back to "normal" (they probably never will...).
