these are NOT the OG Sauc Guides that were legit great running shoes - I went thru about six pairs of those.
When I saw these at Sierra I got a pair on the hopes.... Nope. These are at best "lifestyle shoes." Much harder midsoles- no real cush. If you're looking for some new sneaks they're great. But running in them isn't the greatest. YMMV.

Thank you for posting! As I get older, I pay more attention to shoes that are comfortable. The days of buying $5-10 pairs are way behind me.
Saucony guide have always been great for my feet. This is an amazing price. Thanks again!!!

I'm a Saucony fan myself, but I've told myself I would not get another pair with these 'flat' laces. They stretch out too quickly for me and become a problem. Just sharing.

I go a half size up, but I also wear thicker Thorlo socks for extra cushion, firm fit without tight binding.

Im a Saucony Guide (14, 15 anyway) fan, but these are very different. Heavier, wider, and just a more rigid feel. I have a wide fit and still wear thick socks for my typical runs. And I only use these for shorter runs.

They're magenta/hot pink... plus silver vs grey.

They do have "neon" red accents in other shoes, but this one is on the pink side.
