Castle on ABC

Anyone else watch this?

Unfortunately I missed last week's episode, so last night's didn't quite explain itself and left me lost for a little bit. It was still pretty good though.

I haven't seen many episodes (only started watching about a month ago) but I think it's a pretty good show.

It's sorta like NCIS, without the Navy: pretty bizarre murders that take a somewhat predictable turn and then magically get solved before the episode ends.

I didn't see ads for the episode, but I can imagine the advertisers misleading the kiss. After the episode, it mentioned that the kiss vid is up on abc.com. laugh out loud

This was one of the few episodes where Castle's daughter didn't make an appearance. Neither did the autopsy black chick, I don't think.

Yeah, and his mother gave him a good lecture about it. She was pretty shaken up.

Beckett has to be a romantic idiot if she doesn't realize that by now, Castle is crazy hot for her. Hell, the way he pummeled that guy, saving her life, until he nearly broke his hand says a lot.

But there's already inter-office romance going on in the show and I'm sure they'll play that up a little bit more in the coming weeks between the detective and autopsy chick.

Are people still watching "Castle". I knew it right away that the chick's assistant was the axe murderer. Cool It was a good episode after the gravity of the NYC bombing plot that comprised 2 episodes. EEK!

My wife and I are watching it but got behind a few episodes. We generally like Hawaii 5-0 too and have to decide which one to watch via Hulu later.

I thought this episode was pretty good and we figured it as the assistant as well. It's funny how you can pretty much dismiss the original suspect.

Although it comes on late here so I have to record it and watch it the next day.

Yeah, you can pretty much dismiss the first couple people they interview as a suspect. But it often is the person they talk to, but not interview in the police station.

Also, the most obvious person is typically not the suspect. For example, in this week's episode, I thought it was apparent that the black person not only wasn't the one who murdered the juror, but was also wrongly convicted of the original murder.

I figured that once the interviewed the wrongly convicted cons cousin. It was pretty obvious it would turn that way then.

Yeah. Plus I had a feeling that ABC wouldn't want to make a race issue out of it by indeed having the black guy(s) kill the white daughter and juror. EEK!
