Castle on ABC

Anyone else watch this?

Unfortunately I missed last week's episode, so last night's didn't quite explain itself and left me lost for a little bit. It was still pretty good though.

I haven't seen many episodes (only started watching about a month ago) but I think it's a pretty good show.

It's sorta like NCIS, without the Navy: pretty bizarre murders that take a somewhat predictable turn and then magically get solved before the episode ends.

I think she is annoying too. I thought she was annoying on 24 as well. Dont know whether that was because ofthe character she was/is playing or actually her though. I definitely miss Captain Montgomery though.

In Monday's episode, which I saw yesterday, I also noticed (now that I'm looking for it) that he is looking chubbier. Also, he always wore dark clothes and a jacket, perhaps to hide the new blubber?

Perhaps she wants him to say it while she is alert and cognizant, as opposed to being shot and halfway dead. He keeps making indirect references, like in the Monday episode about the superhero murderer and the comic book writer and when Castle made the comment about if Beckett is scantily clad. laugh out loud

Sir Iron Gates is slowly warming up to Beckett, but still a hard-ass to Castle. We'll see how that goes. Bureaucracy is rarely fun. :shake;

Ahh, that's where she's from - she looked so familiar when I saw her in Ep. 1 last week and I never got around to IMDB'ing her. Yeah, she was a PITA on "24" as well. Frown

This one was better mainly because they got away from the other story lines and got back to their winning formula.... but it still doesn't feel quite right. The idea that they can go back to the insinuations and hints just doesn't really float with me.

But it was quite entertaining again.

I noticed the more entertaining episodes are the ones with more comedy and less seriousness.
