Lots of people can't process non methalated folate due to a genetic condition. This product could change your life if this is you and you don't know it like my wife didn't for 39 years!!

B vitamins are water soluable so you just pee out the extra, very different from fat soluables like A, D, E, & K which is stored in body fat and could cause problems if you take too much.
