You can cancel before the 30 days so that you are not billed again. As long as your phone has been activated it will still unlock after 365 days.

Its for 29.99, can i buy it and pay for first month and then stop paying? Is this same like the mobile deal concept where we pay for first month and dont have to pay and can use it on Wifi?
