They have a 50-pack on sale in-store for $9.49 through May 17th.

https://sameday.costco.com/store/...ngers-each

Reviews also mention the 100-pack online are of inferior quality compared to the in-store pack.

I don't know about online vs. warehouse, but bought a package of these in warehouse and they shed little tiny black flocking specs all over my clothes.

I'm not sure why anyone would want these.

They are also lint magnets.

Maybe I am missing something. Plastic hangers just seem like a better option to me.

oh i see yeah that's a pretty big setback if the hanger material is "degrading" straight out of the box and leaving lint residue on everything LOL. welp luckily costco has great return policy

I picked up a box in store. The hangers are sturdy and of decent quality. The benefit of these over these hangers over the plastic ones is the slim space-saving design for those with limited closet space. The flocked material also grips cloths very well compared to the plastic hangers on which they just slide off and are held by the collar. I didn't notice any significant flaking of the velvet material, but time will tell if they hold up. I previously used similar slim hangers without the flocked material I got from Walmart that had a rubbery coating instead. The rubbery coating degraded over time and became sticky, so the flocked hangers seem like a better option.

The reviews online mention the 100-pack online version were of inferior quality and snapped easily compared to the 50-pack hangers in-store.

These breaks easily over time, with slightest pressure

I want to reiterate this. I bought twelve years ago, and I'm down to 2 that are still intact. I bought another brand from Amazon that are flexible so they don't break easily 8 years ago. Unfortunately, that product no longer exists or else I would link it.

I bought these before and it is ok. My complain is the nonslip part it takes time to put it on. If only they place the nonslip part at the top that would be easy.

These go for 10$ once in a while. Not a slick deal.
