It kind of looks like Motorola did another switcharoo with the 2025 model (like they did back in 2021 or whenever that was) and put a lower powered CPU in the 2025 compared to the 2024 version. The 2024 says it has the Dimensity 7020 while the 2025/2026 have a Dimensity 6300.

Prior to year policy change I would have grabbed this. Don't need a lot of minutes or data, but now... Infimobile often has 5GB/month with unlimited talk and text for only $10 more for the year. TF year plans, even with the bundled phones, just not worth it anymore if the phone cannot be unlocked for a year.

Yes, but you'll have to transfer to this new phone to get the year of service then transfer back to your original phone. I have done this before but as with anything TracFone, if something goes wrong.. good luck. You'll be without service for a while.
