2 out of the 3 are 1x fin only and it's inflatable. No bueno when you have the slightest current or some waves.

Have you ever stood on an inflatable paddleboard? Because I'm 6' 6" and like 300lbs, and I paddleboard all summer on inflatable paddleboards. They have a rigid interior structure like a fish skeleton that stands up and makes it stable.

Yes, I own 3x of the other funwater inflatable SUPs with 3x fins for our family. Immediately, upgraded the fins to longer heights of minimum of 8.5 inches for the main fin. There are 9/10 inch ones too which would keep you more straight and less strokes to move. Night and day difference in maintaining straightness/steerability, less paddling, and control fighting wave chop/wind with upgraded 3x fins. For reference, I'm using them at Pokai Bay and Kaneohe Bay in Oahu, Hawaii through the spring to summer that does have wave chop and current and wind. Just a suggestion. Your environment may be different or calmer and these would be fine. Being an inflateable, yes they hold weight fine as you stated and are stable. Just other variables come to play for enjoyability/value.

I wasn't too sure about these cheap paddle boards, but ours just started its 3rd season and continues to work great. If you're on the fence about the hobby, this is a great starting point.

Be warned: inflating these monsters by hand is a CHORE. If you're a bit small/weak/old/out-of-shape or just plain in any kind of hurry to get on the water without doing some intense cardio first, then you might want to consider an electric pump. I mean, the included pump will get you there, but you'll have to freaking earn it.

Are there ever two person paddleboards or more likely kayaks that go on sale? I see so many one-person ones here but never two...

Electric pump is the way to go. Even if you're fit enough to pump it with the included pump...you don't want to be using all that energy before your paddle. I can pump it to 14 psi in about 15 min, but adding the last 2 psi is the chore. Also you can deflate with the pump - which makes packing up faster and easier since your board is perfectly flat to roll up. If I have to pump up two boards...I'll sometimes use the hand pump to get the second board mostly filled.

Any suggestions for an electric pump?

I second this. Definitely get an electric pump. Get one that can inflate and deflate. You can thank us later

I got this one (https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B0...asin_title) last summer when I bought my first inflatable board. It's expensive but I just saw there is a coupon price button for $87.99 which is a good deal. I definitely paid like $100 for it.. it works great inflates fast and has auto-shut off. You set the psi you want and it will shut off automatically once it reaches that number. It also has a deflate option so it sucks out the air for you, you just have to switch the tube to the other valve on the pump to deflate.
It will cost you a few bucks but I love the way it looks and it works very well. It's small and looks sleek compared to other options that have bright colors and not as nice looking. It makes (inflatable) paddle boarding easy and fun because it's so practical and saves a lot of effort and time. Well worth the money in my opinion.
