Nope. Won't function unless attached to iPhone Air
This is simply not true. It is custom sized for the Air, but in a pinch you can use it sideways on a Pro, for instance. Definitely shouldn't buy it for that use case though. It doesn't offer much capacity--same exact cell as the Air has built-in, so you only get about 60-70% on a charge, and far less on a Pro.

Maybe:
Case must be mag-safe
But unlikely due to camera bumps on non-Air iphone models.

better option --> my post above

I thought I knew alot of Apple products. No clue what this is for or why I need it. Seems like an overpriced battery to quick charge the phone when needed? Pass. I assume this is for people that love apple products more than their own money?

I've owned an iPhone Air since release day and never got close to running out of battery. I get about 7 hours of actual use if I extrapolate the time I actually use it for and the amount of battery it uses

Because it's Apple and it works better, brands like Anker have been known to explode as fire hazards

This is specially made for the iPhone air. In fact, it's the same battery in the Air, but in the enclosure to essentially double it. In real life, probably will get closer to 80% extra battery due to wireless loss.

Overpriced? Yes, there are many on the market. But for those with an Air, they aren't concerned about best bang for buck (or they'd get the base iPhone 17) and aesthetically there's nothing better out there, and quality unless you require even more battery. It attaches nicely and feels good in the hand. This price makes it more appealing to Air owners on the fence.

That's great, but I frequently need to top off - when traveling, these Magsafe batteries are a huge boon.
