I've walked for couple hours in the 680s (similar kind of foam), and my feet hurt. From what I've seen, the ones to go after with better comfort are the 860, 1080, Kaiha, and FuelCell Rebel v5. That's within New Balance; if you're looking for a similar price with better comfort, you can find it in other brands.
