This is the exact same as the Harbor Freight set, the manufacturer even supplies the exact same photo to both HD and HF

My local store had these and I grabbed a set for the center console of the truck. I realize this is a $3 socket set, but man was the finish rough. I'm glad I bought them, but I certainly won't feel bad if I lose any of them.

You can stick it on the ratchet anvil between a socket and the ratchet body, and it sort of adds a spinner ability.

It's a very cheap and crappy way simulate having a real, metal adapter or a ratchet with a knurled spinner built into the head. (Some old round head ratchets have this feature.)

I've had this set from Harbor Freight.

I guess if you never actually use it, it's a great deal.

When you go to use it, you'll see why it's cheap, and you'll wish you had a real tool set.

You put it in between the ratchet and socket, then you can use your fingers to spin it. Not great, but better than nothing in a pinch.

Thanks! I've never had a need for something like that. I usually just put my fingers directly on the socket or extension.

The employee who helped me find these knew where they were in mid stock because they took some down the other day and she bought 2. She was speculating that they would "penny out" soon. maybe I should have hid the ones I didn't buy

You can tell by the ratchet these are low quality. I like cheap priced tools as much as the next person. But I've passed on buying ratchets like this many times for a $1 at second hand stores just because of the cheap quality and I wouldn't trust them to survive 1 use. A broken tool is a useless tool.
