SlickDeals Classic View Frontpage broken

I use SlickDeals classic view, and for the past weeks, after clicking to expand a deal on the frontpage, clicking the deal again to close/retract it instead just duplicates the expanded deal.
This occurs across all devices I've tried it on: Windows 10, Windows 11, MacOS, Android. And, of course with various browsers.
Obviously, this quickly clutters up the Frontpage and the only way to close the deals is to refresh the page.
