I've found Pegasus 41 at Marshall's for $70. Id definitely get those over the 39s for $20s more. Also found good deals at Ross dress for less.

Crazy that they still have 39s when the 42s are already out. Agreed the 41s were the best version in years.

The problem with Marshall's and Ross is that they're completely unpredictable. Sometimes they have amazing finds. Sometimes they're like crappy thrift stores. I have neither the time nor the patience for that.

I'm a longtime Pegasus devotee. I've had the 35, 37, 40, and 41. They improved the foam for the 41 going from React to ReactX. Is it better? Yes. Is it a major change? No.

Pegasus is Nike's middle of the road shoe: neither very cushy or very structured, so they don't change all that drastically from model to model. So, it's not like these shoes are obsolete or anything like that even though they are several model lines back.

39 was my favorite version and was just thinking of getting another. No size 14 though lol

This was not an especially good version of Pegasus. I loved 40 and 41, but these fell apart on me very quickly as I don't think the glue holds that well.

My local nike store is still flooded with 39s, they must have made way too many. Personally I liked the 40 and 41 more.
