I wouldn't book any airline tickets with the current goings on as the current mess is expected to keep oil prices high until next year at least.

There will certainly be a surcharge or outright cancellation by the time for the trip.

I suppose there could be cancellations and reassignments to ensure full loads. But, in the US at least, the airlines can't add extra charges once the ticket has been purchased.

They can't as of right now.. let's watch this change by July.
