Per https://www.visible.com/help/contact-us :
"Visible does not offer phone-based support."
They were very nice about calling me, yes they were very limited by Verizon/visible systems so 20 min later said waiting until after billing cycle might be safer to not mess things up.
Week later I chatted, they called me after 10-15 min they connected in experienced dude that clearly knew what to do and did port to change my existing visible # without losing plan discount.
Did the same to get my pixel watch on the pro plan when it just would not auto activate. (This watch includes T-Mobile free but I wanted to use visible since included on the pro plan)
I've never needed to chat or talk to humans again

When things go right, they're great since it's all using Verizon's service. But it can quickly turn into a nightmare if you actually need customer service for something beyond the basics. Of course, that's how Verizon offers plans this cheap via this sub-brand.
Help was useless, their system is broken.

Only two downsides (for me)...
- Hotspot capped at 15mbps. Now on the other hand, at least it's unlimited. I actually prefer this to my old t-mobile plan, which was blazing fast but capped at 7GB / month. But just know it's real.
- 5G Standalone not yet enabled. For me, this means switching between LTE / 5G more than I did on T-Mobile, and I actually believe it's caused a slight reduction in battery life and lower cellular performance.
So for my two bullet points above, the bottom one will eventually be solved. Visible will roll it out. Just not sure when. The hotspot cap has been more of a pro than con for me, since it's unlimited, but the cap is worth noting.Only two downsides (for me)...

Both me and my wife have the same plan, same phone and she had all the bars, the tower was actually in sight (camping) and I had no signal at all. I am hoping Esims have eliminated any SIM errors.
When I switched to Visible, for what ever reason, my phone did not hook up to 5G. Customer service... NO HOPE. But Gemini or Chatgpt saved me. It seems carrier's can actually eliminate setting menu from my phone... so the option to make sure 5G was choosen with Visiable and the Pixel 8 Pro.. that option was eliminated from the setting menu. Gemini told me about the phone number that goes directly to that setting menu and only then I was able to get tot that setting menu and chose 5G (was not chosen before). And then 5G worked.
So Gemini or ChatGPT... that is the true customer service.
Also, with prepaids, you eliminate incorrect monthly billings which I had to fight like crazy with Tmobile and I also had to fight like crazy with Verizon years back. This type of shit should be eliminated with pre paids.
But, for Visible all you need to do is switch to anyone and switch right back. I think I have heard of people who when to tello for $6.00 for like 8 hours before they were able to switch back to Visible.
BUT I would only do Half Price Yearly Sales to save the most amount of money. When I am with Visible I pay $225 per year, when I am with Mint I pay $180 per year and USMobile is either $199 or $299 for their highest teir. I like USMobile's 199 plan... it give you 35GB of monthly data and that works for me.
So... I pay either 180 or 199 or 225 per year. Depending on who I am with. And my preferred network is Tmobile by far but I can live with Verizon's as well. Just where i live, I get 35-40MB/s with Visible and I get 350-400MB/s with Tmobile.

I don't know how long you have been locked into your plan at Tmobile... But Mint Mobile offers 20GB of blazing fast hotspot and it comes out of your 50GB monthly allowance.
Right now it comes down to cost... service and benefits. And I will only talk about the cheapest yearly promotions 180 vs 225.
Mint Mobile (180 plus taxes) is cheaper by about $25 vs Visible $225 when on sale.
Mint or Tmobile is the faster network in most places but you should know which service is better due to where you live. Visible is very stong on travel, you get 24 days but Mint Mobile addons are very cheap. Minternational Pass ($20) covers 10-Day Pass ($20): Includes 10GB of data, 500 talk minutes, and 500 texts. I think if you travel less then 24 days international (not including Canada and Mexico) then Visible is better but if you are out of the country for like 3 months... and you want full serive, then the 10 day pass for 20 dollars is much cheaper. Lastly, Mint limits you to 50GB of data at high speed, Visible has no true cap... I personally never hit more than 35GB a month in my life but i have high speed internet at home but if you need more then 50GB of data a month then Mint is not an option for you.
I will add that there are prepaid carriers that offer Amazon deal... not just the big two. I also like US mobile and if I also think it may be the best for international travel at $299 per year.

That's just it... when you need it and you almost never need it.
