The "Supreme Source Pet Month" Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") begins on or about 12:00:01 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") on May 6, 2026 ("Start Date") and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on July 6, 2026 (the "Promotion Period").
The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, who are at least eighteen (18) years old (exceptions-must be 19 years of age or older for those that reside in states of Alabama and Nebraska) as of the date of entry.
HOW TO ENTER THE SWEEPSTAKES:
- Purchasing a Supreme Source pet food product from a participating Walmart retail location (See Participating Locations below) during the Promotion Period, fully completing the entry form, and uploading the Walmart product purchase receipt on the Sponsor webpage. By completing the entry form and providing a valid purchase receipt, the Participant will receive three (3) Sweepstakes entries and one (1) instant win game play (first entry only). Limit – four (4) on-line entries per person during the Promotion Period and one (1) instant win game play (first entry only).
- For those participants that do not make a purchase and want to enter the Sweepstakes: Participant will need to visit the Sponsor website and print/download the mail-in entry form. The form must be inserted in a standard business-size envelope, with return address (including first and last name) and complete mailing address on the front of the envelope, and mailed to the address provided on the mail-in entry form, and postmarked between May 6, 2026 and July 6, 2026, and received by July 11, 2026. Each valid mail entry will receive three (3) entries. Upon receipt of the mailed entry by the Sponsor, the Participant will be sent an email with: one (1) instant win game play (first entry only) and the URL of where to enter the game play. Limit – four (4) mail-in entries per person during the Promotion Period and one (1) instant win game play (first entry only).
Bonus Entry opportunity - Participant can earn one (1) Sweepstakes entry by sharing the Sweepstakes on Facebook, X and/or Instagram (Limit-one share/entry per social platform).
Limit – Fifteen (15) total entries per person during the Promotion Period regardless of method of entry.
The Grand Prize Winner ("Prize Winner") will be selected during a random drawing conducted on or about July 21, 2026, by the Administrator, an independent judging organization, whose decisions will be final and binding with respect to all aspects of the Sweepstakes. The First Prize, Second Prize, and Third Prize winners (each a "Prize Winner") will be determined via the instant winner game play.
