This is unnecessary. Every single Culver's receipt has a survey for a free single scoop. Nothing else needed. Even the free scoop will come with a receipt with a survey. You could abuse it and literally keep rerolling the surveys and eat frozen custard all afternoon. Just so that nobody takes this literally, the survey reward says "next visit" so they'd probably stop you pretty quick but I've never had a problem with turning around and redeeming them on the same visit.

Interesting, guess I've always ordered via the app and never looked at the receipt, if I've even gotten one.

You can also add like 8 or 12 family member's birthdays to the app and get a free scoop each "birthday". Just have to add a name and a date and the free scoop reward is automatically added to the app. My grandma's on May 6th says it's good until 5/31. Back in February, I think it was added on my mom's birthday on the 25th and was only good for 14 days.

It's 5 in addition to you. Birthday rewards come on the 1st of the month and are good for the whole month, which is just a single scoop of custard in a dish.
