-The quality of the 2X lumber provided is absolute dogshit. We had to replace about 1/3 of it and wait months to be reimbursed by the company. Be prepared to immediately break down and closely inspect everything on the pallets delivered and decide if you want to wait for Yardline to replace it, or foot the bill for replacement lumber and hope you get the reimbursement many months later.
-We found out much too late that the roof sheeting provided isn't cut square, and every piece was heavily warped. We had to to buy a galvanized steel piece for the peak of the roof because the sheets of OSB could either meet at the peak and be obviously off-square at the eaves, or square the eaves and have a gap at the peak.
-The primer on the exterior wall sheeting was chipped and flaking from delivery. You'll need to re-prime everything for even coloring.
-All the steel pieces (door locks, handles, hinges, etc.) had various degrees of rust. Again, be prepared to repaint them all.
It took two of us 3 8-hour days of labor to build it (12'x14'). I don't know if this unit comes with shingles, but be prepared, and factor into the cost if it doesn't, to buy tar paper, shingles, and roofing nails.
All in all you need to decide if the labor and hassle is worth the "savings" of the DIY build. A flat, stable, level surface is the single most important thing here. If it's not, you're boned from jump street.

Also if you plan on placing this on the ground/grass, you'll want the plastic pallet/skids on the bottom for the ground contact, not the wood.
