I may buy this- seems like a decent deal and I like having the batteries of different sizes for different tools.

The rule of thumb for a good deal on power tool batteries is $10 per Ah. Here you're getting 12 Ah for $100.00 at $8.33 per Ah. This is a solid deal.

Yeah i agree with that statement, but I never buy batteries without a charger because of no lifetime service agreement.

Howdy pardner! I believe these batteries do come with a lifetime service agreement.

As long as I've owned ridgid tools (15 years) stand alone batteries haven't. They needed to be a part of a starter kit(batteries and charger) or come with a tool (which includes a charger). Unless something has changed in the last 3 years or so since I've last researched the topic. I just checked the Warranty and it says batteries need to be a part of a qualifying handheld or stationary tool.

I believe these batteries do include lifetime service agreement. In item full description, About This Product section:
"Best of all, these batteries are eligible for the Industry's Only Lifetime Service Agreement, simply register within 90 days of purchase for FREE Parts, FREE Service, For LIFE."
