We've had two of these for about 4 years now. I wouldn't get another.
The suction power is quite poor and it will not pick up when going backwards which is beyond annoying.
Feels like a temu vacuum.

For what it's worth, I have had a Wyze robot vac for almost 2 years and have been exceptionally happy with it. Same goes for the Wyze cam I've had for like 8 years and a smart scale. Very happy with their products. Not sure how any of that relates to this "dumb" product, but I have a generally favorable opinion of their product quality and value proposition (especially compared to say a lot of the other cheapo non-name stick vacuums out there). if I didn't already have a perfectly average one of those cheapo vacuums, I'd jump on this one, because I'd be willing to bet it's better, lol.

I believe I have the 24 Kpa model which provides a bit better suction. I still really enjoy it

Wyze no longer sales these or any version of these. Not sure when they stopped but what company stops selling or updating a good product? As mentioned by someone else, seller is a 3rd party seller with the infamous "J-hook" review curve. Also, Walmart has this under the warranty terms:

That stuff about the warranty is standard disclaimer stuff. Wyze is a pretty reputable manufacturer I don't expect to see any problems getting them to honor a warranty.

I've been looking for a deal on one a stick vacuum from a real company for a while now. Should be helpful for stuff like cleaning out the car. Let's see how this one performs.

Your best case with VIPOUTLET is, these units come with no battery or accessories, full of hair and other garbage in the dust collector, advertised as new. Worst case....I guess I don't have to explain :-). I order from VIPOUTLET just to test my patience and their ability to process a threshold of returns and they never fail me.

These get the job done for small rooms but the batter doesn't last long and it's not very powerful

Agreed that it's not very powerful, it's a glorified dustbuster but at thus price not bad if it arrives new with mounting bracket.
