Wearing a pair right now, one of my favorite sleep/lounge shorts.
90% polyester 10% spandex from the tag. I guess they sleep pretty cool, they breathe well but it's not airy like their mesh.

It's more like the fabric on their t-shirts, which are the GOAT.
