They don't specify what was out of spec. JOOLA contacted USAP after the GEN3 had been certified and said OOPS, we might have sent you the wrong samples for testing/certification.
Shortly after SHTF with the JOOLA GEN3 paddles, USAP added a "bounciness" test, and quantified the maximum amount allowed.
