Maybe you need to go to the Thermador/wolf/subzero level to get "concierge level" customer service where you don't have to call 4 times and have 3 appointments to get a repair done. Not sure .

Lowes guys put a nice gash in my kitchen floor so that's another unfortunate to do with that repair
Compressor is kind of loud and annoying. Let's see how noticeable it is over the next couple of weeks
