If there is a clearance price, you'll see a Clearance text message under the price. Currently its showing only the Evertt store has that price.

A lot of people buy this grill and only use one side. I got one for free off the curb and see 3 more for free on my local Craigslist/Marketplace. There's are grate replacements available for pretty cheap to make it feel new.

Bought this about 8 years ago. Mostly used propane side. Admittedly, I got lazy with maintenance and care which led to some rusting (mostly inside of top lids and some grates) here in Seattle weather. Bought 3rd-party replacement grates (about $50), took rust off and painted. Still working great after almost a decade.

It's a heavy and sturdy beast, tho the wheels help a little.
