T-mobile changed their upgrade policy since the last deal, good and bad.Good:Costco members can get their $100 upgrade gc, $35 connection fee waived, and 90 day return policy through online orders. No more waiting at the kiosk, no more hard upsells, no more calling the help desk. Order online at your convenience. Must start the order through the upgrade button on the Costco T-mobile page [costco.com]. If your trade-in IMEI is not accepted by the online system, you will have to call in or visit the kiosk where they can override the system.Bad:Certain free lines no longer qualify for upgrade promos. Previously, all lines allowed upgrade promos, but no longer. You will have to check line by line to see which allows upgrading (the system will warn you if the line does not qualify). You can still stack upgrade EIP / promos on the same line then use the phone on a different line.
It seems my essentials plan only works with T-life but not Costco t-mobile, which requires experience beyond or experience more plans.

My SC plan was eligible last time, but it only shows the Pixel Buds promo when I try to do another trade.

Worked with my simple choice plan. Got the free pixelbuds as well. The line that qualified was still receiving credits for the pixel 9 promo.

Costco.com just validates your membership then redirects to T-mobile.com. If you are saying t-mobile.com won't let you upgrade for whatever reason, then you will have to contact support and order through them.
When I entered the trade in phone (iphone 5c) it gave me $0 value rather than the $799 on Tlife. But when I continued to the checkout page, the Any condition promo was applied!

So I was able to get this promo on Costco having multiple EIPs on a line plus free buds. Good deal!

I have the One plan with a bunch of free lines. None of my line qualify for this, even the paid lines.
Same. I qualified in February though and got a 10 Pro Fold and 10 Pro XL. I hate both phones and back to my S24 Ultra. Biggest buyers remorse I've ever had, especially on the Fold.

I have the promotion on my paid lines on Simple Choice plan, but I can't check out on Costco's T-mobile page =/
Same thing happened to me in February at both Costco and Sam's Club. Neither could get it to check out through them with the Promo. You're most likely going to be stuck paying the $35 and going through the Tlife app. I had to do the same.

I have Simple Choice NA and I was having the same issue where t-life was giving me the promo and going through Costco wouldn't. What I did was add the phone with trade-in promo and buds to my cart through t-life and then just check out through the Costco link. Cart will show the promo and waived connection fee. If anybody else is having this issue hope it helps.

Thank you so much for the tip. Now I got $35 waived, but still seeing $98 tax.

Yeah tax you will still have to pay and that depends in your area. I was charged 90 in tax in Los Angeles. Did you put pay in full for the buds?
