Same for me. An old Moto G doesn't give any promotional credit but a pixel 9 does. Even though the promo is any device, I suspect they have it coded only for those listed in the promo.
Yup. Samsung A14, A15 is eligible for 800$ promo but not A16.

It says my iphone 4 was too old but it's on the qualifications list. And my iPhone 4 is CDMA so it doesn't have an IMEI.

Successfully upgraded via Costco website but don't see any confirmation for the $100 shop card. Where do you find this?

To receive the Costco $100 rebate, does the name on the line being upgraded need to match the Costco account name?
Did I mess this up? I added items to my cart in T-Life and then used the Costco link on my phone to get the $35 waived and the $100 Costco rebate to appear. However, I ended up placing the order on my computer at Tmobile.com without using Costco link, though the rebate still showed at checkout.

Should I just simply place a new order on my phone using the Costco link instead? Also, does it matter whether the Costco account name matches the T-Mobile account for the upgraded line? My wife and I are both on the same linked Costco account but with different account numbers. I'm the T-Mobile account holder, but my wife's phone is the one being upgraded.

Edit: Now I went back to check the browser where I placed the order on my computer, and I do see a small Costco logo on the T-Mobile page. However, I'm 100% sure I did not use the Costco link on my computer. Strange.

Holy cow.

I literally just placed an order without knowing about this thread.

Then I get to SD and this is the first thread I see lmao.

Anyway, I placed an order on one of my free lines for the 10, and free buds. It says at least one of my items is on backorder but it doesn't tell me which one, so that's a bit unnerving. It's probably the buds. I don't mind if it takes a little longer ot get as long as i get it.

Just did the deal in Tlife app. I have simple choice plan, upgrade one of the line, add pixel 10 and also add pixel bud 2a, the discount for the bud will apply during final check out, so I only pay $35 connection fee and 80 in tax of the phone.... I bought a use iPhone 6 on FB market place for $50 to trade in... I think it is a great promotion Smilie
I was just about to do directly from T-Life but then I remembered you can get the $35 charge waived if you do it through Costco

Not to thread crap but did anyone else get a different promotion instead? I was bummed that I didn't get the Pixel 10 offer but I got a $830 off any trade in instead. Should I do it? Only a limit of 1 though.
100%. That's a far, far better deal and one I've been hoping to get but no luck.

I am so happy to be able to trade a broken Samsung Flip 5 for a Pixel 10 for $65 (tax). Thank you, OP. By the way, don't get any Samsung Flip 4 and 5. I had them both. They are bound to fail in two years.
My Flip 5 I bought at launch barely had the factory screen saver bubbling up. It's not a main driver though, but is a phone grandkids 1-2 can watch Bluey on so it's been through hell. But I'm with you on foldable technology. It's in no way shape or form good enough yet and if someone buying the $1800-$2000+ variants insurance is not an option but a must.

Yes you can. You need to turn off sim card protection in the app. Esims make it a pain but most likely your phones will have two esims/sims available. If you're not comfortable have TForce on X or Facebook do it via messenger. Will take around a half hour or so as they're helping multiple people and don't respond instantly.
