Really depends on how much you take per day. For those starting out, they can do 100-200mg per day. So 3 pills a day is still a 60 day supply at 180mg. It's more transparent than other brands that show 400mg per pill for example but not all of it is the elemental magnesium.

2 capsules per serving = 240mg magnesium.
Total magnesium: 90 servings x 240mg = 21.6gr.

So 4 Capsules of Double Wood (4x60mg) gives the same amount per serving.
Total magnesium: 60mg x 180 capsules = 10.8gr.

Costco wins.
