Nice form factor. However, this light is unusable for my purposes. Typically, I use my flashlights between 0.5 and 40 lumens. I probably use them in that range for 90%+ of the time. Maybe 9% I might use something as high as 100 lumens. And less than 1% of the time do I need anything more than 100 lumens. The ZF8313 starts off with a low setting of 120 lumens ... I just wouldn't use it. Certainly not often enough to carry it around with me.

I collect flashlights and picked this up a little cheaper when it came out. It's not a name brand, but it was too cheap to pass up then. Here's the surprising part. The cob light on this is is so bright it's unbelievable. And the two-button interface incredibly simple. So it sits in one of my tool bags. Perfect for that. $22 is a little too high for this light, in my opinion though. $16 would be a good bargain. To be clear, though, this feels shockingly well constructed for this price.

i have bought a few of these this past year. They usually run about 25 bucks. they really are super bright. i use mine for a work light and they work great. it has a magnetic back too which is nice when working on the car.

Why even click on this when you see the title says 2,000 lumens and you only use up to 100 lumens?

Two issues stopped me from buying this:

1) It uses 3 COB lights instead of traditional LEDs for the front light. I already have a flashlight like that and it outputs a wide diffused beam. Generally speaking, most people prefer a focused LED light that projects MUCH further for their front light. The sidelight is where diffused COB lights are useful and this has that. So don't get this if you want to project far to see distant objects.

2) There's no info on the wavelength of the UV light. Consumer UV lights come in 365nm and 395nm wavelengths and I need the more energetic 365nm. If you want to make phosphorescent object glow, it'll take longer using a 395nm light to make the glow last a certain amount of time. Rufus says there's no info on the wavelength so I posted the question.
