Ninja air fryers just never crisp as much as others. I've returned this and the crispi.

If you're comparing this to a traditional basket air fryer, it obviously won't crisp as well. It's a toaster oven/air fryer combo, at the end of the day. It's not going to crisp as well as a dedicated basket air fryer.

I have this exact model and love it. Many times better than my convection wall oven, use the temp gauge with chickens and roasts, crisps everything almost too much.
