Not receiving any deal alert notifications on my Android phone

I want to receive notifications for deal alerts on my android 12.0 phone and have selected the option for push notifications and when I go into phone app setting it is allowed to manage notifications even though the app didn't request any permissions, but I haven't received any yet. Any solutions to this issue?
