This is a great deal. I purchased five of these in 2022. They have worked great without any issue. No specual batteries are needed. Uses AA batteries.

I pulled the trigger on this after reading your comment. I have been looking for a replacement for my old chrome kitchen faucet Order the bronze one.

Do They also install? If not, is it just a plumbers job?

Can also confirm that these have been great. Finally had to replace the batteries after 3 years.

And for those wondering if it's usable once batteries are dead: Yes, there's a bypass switch that lets you operate as a normal faucet.

I've had one of these since 2020. Don't think I've even had to change the batteries (pretty sure I put in Energizer lithium AA). Would definitely buy another if I needed it.

Not that hard to DIY if you buy a basin wrench.

Motion stopped working after five years. Now it is just a basic faucet.

Mine somewhat failed after 5 years on the head & rubber gasket. Took it apart and put together. Seems to work again.

For $70, if this breaks after warranty and still functions like a basic one, i guess it is still a good deal. You just lose the hand-free.
Installation doesn't look terrible. AI tells me i can just swap out my existing kohler one with no new hardware needed. Should be compatible with hole size, depth of counter.

Yes, it's a straightforward replacement, though you have to mount the little battery pack in the cabinet underneath. That was a bit of a pain with our Ikea cabinets because the "back" of the cabinet was thin particle board, not wood (nor open to drywall). Still worked but not as secure as I would have preferred.

My original one lasted about 5 years before the solenoid valve failed. I tried fixing it but couldn't quite figure out where to find the part or dismantle it. Then HD or Woot! had a good sale on these, so it seemed easier to replace than repair. I replaced with the same model because once you have the hands free, it's tough to go back to a "normal" faucet -- seems archaic. 😊

For those who own this. Does it feel cheap? Is it really made of plastic with chrome coating ontop?

Has it held up well through the years?

This is a great deal. We've owned ours for years and it has been mostly flawless. It doesn't feel cheap at all. Only recent issue is random drops during stream mode because the button for spray mode doesn't seem to toggle off all the way anymore. If/when mine is ever replaced, I will buy another.

Just want to mention after 6 years the control box failed on me and warranty would not cover the replacement part. Luckily Photoshop exist so it was only 2 years old. I would've bought the $20 replacement from their website but for some reason it was not available for purchase
