Yes to this, also fk Niimbot. But, there's one hack that hasn't been patched yet that allows you to use any label with B1.

It goes without saying that Niimbot can patch it anytime.
PSA: labels are cheaper on AliExpress
PSA2: Phomemo M110 printer labels are compatible with this printer too(using above hack)Phomemo have holographic labels which Niimbot don't for this model

Usually I would never say this, but requiring you to pay for labels for such a fantastic little printer for only $15 is not really too much to ask. They have to make money somehow. I absolutely love these printers.

Because the obvious flaws with this product are mentioned in this thread, and anyone buying it will be bit in the long-run.
There's a reason why the price on this item has historically been constant, and is not much of a deal

just an FYI for people complaining about DRM labels, a roll of 230 labels for this printer from NIMBOT is $9, are the generic ones really that much cheaper?
