This thing is a tank. This is a solid deal. I paid $1Kish when this came out years ago. It's been a solid performer for me.

Buy a different brand solar panel like RENOGY or ZOUPW.
I got their 400 panel as a paired deal. In bright sun, I didn't get more than like 270 watts even with ideal angle (bought a tool to verify proper angle).

I talked with support and they sent me a brand new panel and I tried different cables etc... same thing. I bought a third party panel and INSTANTLY got their advertised rate of 450 watts. Don't buy Anker solar panels.

I'm not sure, I was on the fence about this because the new one you cannot expand, but recently people are saying you can combine the new one with another unit. So with 2 Anker new units they can combine to form 2. So I'm thinking 599 now and then when refurbs drop grab a second as not only a secondary but also a combined battery in a full outage .....

The new S2000 can only solar charge at 400 W, output is 1500 W. It is really lightweight - which I would like. But I am looking at the C2000 gen 2, currently $750 on Amazon, solar charge is 800 W, output is 2400 W. It is a little heavier than the S2000 and costs more, but is expandable with 1 additional extra battery for total 4000 Wh storage. It just came out a little over 6 months ago. Anker has a comparison to this F2000 on their website and the C2000 gen 2 is better in every way, and is slightly cheaper than this F2000 deal (on Amazon).

Not too happy with my Anker F2600. It won't allow charging solar and AC at the same time. It also has no option to limit the max charge level to extend battery life. These are two features available in other competing products. Also the unit I have sometimes randomly stops accepting solar input. Not sure if this is specific to mine but I have opened a support ticket with Anker.
