Great post, OP! Thank you!

This one is cheaper: https://www.walmart.com/ip/Full-M...om=/search

I know nothing about mounts, and Gemini said the cheaper one will suit my needs better. I guess the two mounts are different enough from each other such that their use cases could be different?

I actually have this exact one. This is pretty sturdy for the price, considering it has two arms compared to OP's one arm. I mounted a 65" TCL

A 77" LG C5 weighs 52 lbs lol, that's the maximum proven weight but you'd realistically be asking it to only do half or less

OP's comes out 37 inches, it's great if you want to be able to put a big TV at 90° to the wall

Thanks OP, great price. These long arm mounts come in handy when mounting a TV in an odd spot. I used one of these to mount a TV in the walk in closet in our master bathroom so my wife could watch TV while in the tub. Not going to lie, it was nice when I was sick.
