It's a bit humorous that the package says it contains (or produces) 8 servings. It's mixed with 1# of ground beef. The "serving size" suggestion photo on the front of the package is probably a good 1/3# of prepared product. You'll be lucky to get 3 that match the photo on the front of the package. If you divided up the prepared sloppy Joe's into 8 portions you'd probably be lucky to get a tablespoon of meat. Nothing new though, I suppose. 🙄
....Also, on a related note, my local Wal-Mart sells a Sloppy Joe sauce in a can for $1 that includes the seasoning component AND the tomato sauce. If you buy the packets you still have to buy the tomato paste, which is about $1 in itself so you have about twice as much money in it to make it this way and the packet probably doesn't make it any healthier or easier.

Opinions are up to debate but most of the Amazon branded food I've tried is dollar store quality, or less.

Thanks, good to know.
At $6 a pound for ground beef, I need to be careful how I treat my meat.

Bought this a couple weeks ago and like it better than major name brand. Has a stronger green pepper taste to the mix.

I looked at the ingredients and just got Paprika on SD so I need to make my own spice mix.
