Magnesium Glycinate is a molecule. If someone tells you theirs has more magnesium, its like someone saying their H2O has more hydrogen. The way they do that (and most do) is by cutting the magnesium glycinate (14% magnesium) with magnesium oxide (60% magnesium). They do this not just to boost their numbers but also because magnesium oxide is much cheaper. However, it's worthless to us because people can barely absorb it. That's what makes magnesium oxide a laxative.
TLDR: If you buy Magnesium Glycinate with more magnesium than this 14%, you're getting ripped off.

It says "AS Magnesium Glycinate" because most other brands shove some percentage of Magnesium Oxide in without telling you in order to boost how much Magnesium is technically in each pill. So that phrase is something you want to see.
Edit: Nevermind, "as Magnesium Glycinate" is ALSO sometimes a lie.

I use the first one. It's 10% elemental Magnesium, which means its 100% pure Magnesium Lycinate Glycinate. But keep it in the bottle. It absorbs humidity and gets sticky, so unless you're in the desert, don't even store it in a pill box for a week.
The second one is a scam. They intentionally do not list how much each capsule weighs to avoid giving away the ratio and revealing that it contains much more magnesium oxide than magnesium glycinate. For whatever reason, they are legally allowed to do that.
100mg of magnesium per pill;

If you want to get more technical, magnesium can be bound to different amino acids in addition to glycine, for example lysin. This may changes bioavailability resulting in more or less magnesium absorption. Amino acids can also have an effect on your body, mostly positive but different people can respond differently.
