I have this case. It has awesome thermals with a 140mm fan on the bottom and is very easy to build in.

I think this is the link to the official corsair website description of the PC case in case this helps anyone.. I was a bit confused as to where the usb slots, power button et cetera were but I think they are up near the top?

https://www.corsair.com/us/en/p/p...rsFlVV2MOB

Looking at this

https://www.corsair.com/us/en/exp...ower-case/

it mentions that "The 3500X supports 2x 3.5" HDDs & 2x 2.5" SSDs simultaneously using the removable drive plate" (the link above will show where and how they are installed if you scroll down far enough).. some of us are still rocking those hard drives from years ago Stick Out Tongue (and got lucky in that we grabbed them before the memory shortage started driving up hard drive prices too.. cripes just desperately hoping none of my hard drives or, if I'm really unlucky, ram components have a problem before the AI craze stops driving prices up)

Thanks for posting this Smilie .. if you don't mind me asking are you using a radiator/liquid cooling for the CPU? I'm guessing you maxed out all the fan slots (have a fan installed in each possible location)? If you don't mind me asking what are the temps for your CPU and GPU?

Strange questions I know Smilie .... when I see PC cases like this.. and I know I know very old school thinking Smilie .. but I get nervous because I'm so used to the "fans in front blow hot air backwards, fan behind pulls hot air out" build that when I don't see fans in front of the PC case I think to myself "That looks really pretty! But what about the temps?"

Tech Power Up did thermal stress testing on this a while back. https://www.techpowerup.com/revie...rgb/7.html
They tend to keep a running list too, so you can check out the thermals as they relate to some of the more recent reviews they've done: https://www.techpowerup.com/revie...rgb/7.html

I can't help but notice the placement of PSU fans. Would it be enough room for airflow towards both graphics card and PSU in that narrow channel?

Unless you are heavily overclocking a melting-hot flagship chip, you don't need NASA-level aerodynamics. People love to over-engineer airflow on these forums just to sound like experts. Standard configurations are perfectly fine.
