i have an ice machine like this, but idk how to clean the film in the back of the machine... the little brush just doesn't reach all the way back. if it does, it doesn't scrub the film off

am about to return this, paid $125...

Pro: makes ice quick, nugget ice, crunchable, kids like it
Con: You need to babysit this thing, it clogs when making ice so you need to scoop ice from the top and spread out now and then. 2nd con is ICE melts, this is not a freezer where ice stays iced, you can bagged it to put in freezer to use later on.

For $70, maybe I will bite but to store away, you need to run vinegar solution to keep it clean so that is also a chore!

Seconding that it clogs itself and only fills to a quarter capacity. The included instructions even acknowledge this and suggest moving the ice around every half hour or so.

Pretty dumb design flaw. Otherwise the machine is fine.
