I bought the us version direct from lenovo yesterday for $665 +tax. I'll take that over dealing with import shipping, delays, and rom swapping.

Still no silicon carbon battery. Same issue with iPad. Skip. No 5-7 years of updates.

Funny thing is, Lenovo doesn't even say. Look at the help link on the gen 5's PDF manual, and it only goes up to the Gen 3, which was the last one released in the USA before this. Even Gemini/Google AI search doesn't say hahaha. Eyeing, but I can easily wait a few more months and take a gamble that maybe it will go cheaper holiday time. It's not a need, but a cool want. Thanks OP for sharing.

Got this from AliExpress for $550 after coupons. Easy to install playstore and apps. Awesome gaming and social media tablet!
