I got this from Best Buy for the same price. But I had offers from BB card, and so was able to get it much cheaper. Great speakers and loud despite the size.

It does have a rca sub out, but then it will be a $400-500. 2.1 system. No a good deal

It's a bit mindblowing to me (in a good way) to see that retro looking back panel and a USB C port on it. Looks like a solid, proven, speaker design with some modern features added on. Most mixed reviews are either firmware issues (the 15 minute shutoff has been removed) or complaints it's not a high tech bluetooth speaker.

Wirecutter found these sounded about equal to the Edifer MR3 in blind testing.
I suspect in most cases they are worth the sale price but not a very good deal at full price.
These just came out last year so it is not possible to comment on long term build quality.
