This stacks with 5% off with Red Card, and seems to come up every few months. Great way to pay for YouTube TV, etc.

It's good, but most Google Play deals tend towards a 10% bonus in store credit at whatever merchant it's bought from rather than a straightforward discount. At least at Target, you can get a Circle Card discount on top of that.
