They need to do like McDonald's, Wendy's, Burger King, etc. and just have an app with deals that work with all restaurants. No more of these coupons that most stores can just not participate in.

The biggest mistake I made last Thursday was ordering a subway footlong. First, the workaround on their site for ordering with a partially full gift card no longer works. Second, even though their website says you can transfer balances between gift cards, if you manage to get through their horrible chat bot they will eventually tell you that capability isn't available yet. Third, and worst of all, the sub I bought gave me a massive stomach bug - the only thing I ate that day was the sub (half for lunch, the rest for dinner). I'm still getting over it. I've been defending Subway on here for years, but I am DONE with them now.

You can transfer the balances through the subway app alot easier. Takes seconds to do.

I tried the original codes and they didn't work.
Then found this....new codes work fine (I only tested "699FORFTL and "1299FOR2").
As usual, most franchises reject these codes, but I tested them at one that always has accepted them.

.....but at least they now provide a clear list of the franchises that accept them (based on the zip code).
The newly updated app sucks in general!.... but this is one thing that they improved upon.
