I bought a Metro Moto G Stylus 2025 and an iPhone 13 in February this year. After that, all orders to my address (using my name, wife's name, daughter's name) failed with "Call us to place your order". I tried again today with my name and my order for the A37 went through.

It's in stock as of 4:25pm CDT today 6/8. When I ordered at 8AM today, after the site confirmed my GV number can be ported, I added the A37 to cart and it showed the cost was $49.99 for the phone (which is wrong) and $65 for the plan. I backtracked, tried again, and it showed $0 for the phone and $65 for the plan. You might want to clear the browser's cache and try again.

It was a porting deal. I ported GV numbers into Metro and then a month later ported them out to Cricket to get two more iPhones.

In the past, some Metro phones worked with T-mobile out of the box, but Metro has fixed that. Now, they only work with Metro until unlocked.

Yeah, but a Cricket phone won't be unlocked unless it has 6 months of paid service. With a Metro phone, you only pay for one month of service and it will be unlocked a year later.

Log into your GV account then:
  1. Select Settings (the gear wheel), in Account, there's an UNLOCK button below your phone number, select it to pay $3 to get the phone number unlock.
  2. Select Voicemail in the left column, scroll down to Call To Listen and turn it on. Pick a PIN.
  3. When you submite your GV number to Metro to port in, the GV Account number is your GV number (without dashes/parentheses), Port PIN is the Voicemail PIN, Zipcode is your own zipcode.
  4. When porting a GV number to Metro, after activation your Metro phone might be able to make outgoing calls/texts, but incoming calls still go to you GV line. That's because GV hasn't fully released the number yet. Either wait 7-10 days for it to be fully ported, or call Metro Port Dept and ask the rep to manually complete the port.
