Wth, there is no way to specify color but size can be selected twice. Hmm...

Listing is borked for me. How do ya'll know what color shoes you're getting...are you just hoping from the photo in the cart?

"color" is part of the "about this item" section. I also see being able to select size twice. Doesn't make sense

These feel old school. Super stiff, require a ton of break in time, and have tons of durability. I use them when I practice, but use vapor lite's for more serious play.

Downdetector is showing ebay problems right now...I can't authenticate.

The second size selector seems to be a mislabeled/valued color selector. If you select your size in the first box, the selection in the second section will change the photo shown as if you're selecting color. At least for my 10 and 10-1/2 selections it looks like it's only in black.

Vapor lite is fine but definitely considered more of an entry/comfort shoe. This one is more bare metal for stability and performance possibly at the expense of comfort.

I keep buying them when they go on sale. Definitely stiff but seem pretty durable. I use for pickleball and would like to try a shoe with some more cushion but these are solid so for $60 hard to pass on these.

My wife just threw a near-new pair of "comfortable" Adidas tennis shoes in the trash after she completely f*cked her foot playing in a tournament in them. Surgery next week. She's an advanced player.

From what I can tell, high level tennis and "comfortable" feet are not compatible.

Sorry about your wife. Hope she recovers quickly. And yes, comfort is not exactly a top priority in most competitive athletic shoes vs (snug) fit, stability, and performance. That's a reason highly competitive athletes change shoes after a workout, often for sandals. It's also important to make sure you are in a broken in shoe that you understand well before playing a competitive match.

I'm surprised to hear people saying these are stiff. Ubersonic line is specifically designed for softness, flex, and light weight. I've been using Barricades for 15 years as a competitive player and instructor. I bought some Ubersonic 3's and found them too soft and not strong enough. I'm going to get these just for teaching tennis because they are comfortable (cushiony and breath well). But for performance needs in match play, I use heavier, sturdier Barricades.

BTW there's no more stock from Adidas but Shoebacca on Ebay has these for $4 more with same coupon. https://www.ebay.com/itm/40688749...7097610604. No free shipping though so I ordered from Shoebacca directly with $10 coupon for $70 shipped.
