There's really no such thing as "weak" coffee beans, in terms of "strength" per gram of coffee bean. But every coffee needs to be brewed differently. If you feel a coffee has less caffeine than you expect or it seems watery when using a brew method and water:coffee ratio that you're used to, it almost certainly means that the grind is a little too coarse for the coffee you're trying to brew. Since this coffee is already ground, your options to fix this would be using more coffee per cup, changing your brewing method to something like a Clever brewer or a french press, or using the coffee to make a cold brew.
If you're just looking for a darker roast, then there's no way to make a medium roast taste like a dark roast, so this coffee wouldn't be for you.

They have whole bean options for 30% as well, but it's not nearly as slick.
