Just for some background I also have the XM3, XM4, XM5, Bose NC700, QC45 and Sennheiser momentums. I'm not an audiophile, but can definitely tell differences between a set of good wired cans and wireless, but for 95% of the content I consume, I couldn't care less about the differences
They aren't my go to, but since they use apples wireless audio chip, it's nice to have around the house as they easily pair and switch between all the apple devices. The sound quality is good enough for the asking price, but for me the noise cancelling isn't as good as either Sony, Bose, or Airpods Pro/Max. They don't have the old school beats base heavy tuning.
For me they aren't nearly as comfortable as any of my other headsets as they have smaller ear cups. Since I only use them at home, the mic works fine as long as there isn't any background noise (vacuums, leaf blowers, etc). Build quality is definitely better than the XM5, but they don't fold flat like Sony or Bose
